During th first fishing campaign April / mid-July
Period of big tunas. Aliva Tunas are caught and harvested in cages for sales in october.







Dead Tunas are transformed in the factory and sell on the french and european market.


Tunas are hang up with hoaks in cold stores, before transformation.




Tuna is headless and gutted. The billy meat is took off and frozen immediatly at -60°C.
